Week 15 MNF Best Bets for Bears-Vikings, Falcons-Raiders

Bears vs. Vikings MNF Best Bets
The Vikings are 7-point favorites at home, and the game has a 44-point total. It’s crazy to think, but only one NFC North game this season has been decided by more than a field goal. That one was the Lions-Packers game where Jordan Love was clearly playing hurt. Even this lowly Bears team has been in competitive games.
It has dropped a bunch of close ones: A field goal loss to the Vikings in overtime, a 1-point loss to the Packers and another field goal loss to Detroit. It’s been a brutal stretch for Chicago, with seven straight losses. Still, it has kept it close in divisional games, losing three of them by 3 or fewer points.
That being said, I’m having a tough time pulling the trigger on this Bears team tonight. It has been up and down, and the Vikings are still in a race for the NFC North. A win tonight ties them for first place at 12-2. The Lions might still hold the tiebreaker, but it’s close enough that this game matters.
Instead of laying a touchdown on the Vikings, there’s another way I like to play this: A 6-point teaser. Let’s take the Vikings down to just -1 and the Falcons to a pick’em. That’s the way I’m leaning. I already bet it. I don’t feel great laying the 7 with the Vikings or 6 with the Falcons, but getting both of these teams to win straight up feels like a safer bet in these must-win situations.
Falcons vs. Raiders MNF Best Bets
The Raiders have been awful lately, especially with Maxx Crosby out for the year. His absence will make a bad rush even worse, and the Falcons offense still has potent weapons despite Kirk Cousins struggling at quarterback. Even though they have not been lighting up the scoreboard, the Falcons should be able to take advantage of the Raiders’ weaknesses tonight.
Now, I know the Falcons offense has been inconsistent. It hasn’t had a touchdown from its quarterback in four straight games, and Cousins has been abysmal with zero touchdowns and eight interceptions. But the Raiders defense has been just as bad, and it’s hard to ignore the fact that Crosby is gone. The Falcons can still sneak out a win here, and I feel more confident teasing them down to a pick’em.

Best MNF Player Prop Bets for Week 15
Drake London Over 64.5 Receiving Yards
The Raiders rush is terrible, and without Crosby, it’s only going to get worse. Cousins hasn’t been great, but even with the Falcons’ offensive struggles, London had a 32% target share over the past few games, and he’s been playing 100% of snaps in non-blowout games. With the Raiders’ poor rush and London’s heavy involvement, he will clear this number.
Ray-Ray McCloud Under 36.5 Receiving Yards
McCloud has been getting some targets, but I don’t see him having a huge role tonight. With the rush being a concern for the Raiders, Cousins will have time to go deeper downfield to guys like Drake London and Darnell Mooney. This looks like a solid under for McCloud.
Cole Kmet Over 24.5 Receiving Yards
I know, I know — Kmet had zero targets last week. But the week before, he had 10 targets against the Vikings. He’s been playing 90% to 100% of snaps and running routes on 85% of dropbacks, and while last week was a disaster, he’s due for a bounce back. Against a heavy blitz defense like the Vikings’, Kmet could get more looks on quick es.
Michael Mayer Over 2.5 Receptions
This one might be a little risky, but Mayer’s involvement has been growing. He had seven receptions on nine targets last week and played 81% of snaps. With the Raiders basically eschewing third wide receivers, Mayer could see more opportunities tonight.
Aaron Jones Anytime Touchdown (-110 on FanDuel)
This is one of the more solid touchdown props tonight. Jones has been getting a good share of red zone rushing attempts, and he’s been getting the work inside the 10-yard line. The Bears defense has been porous against the run, allowing the fifth-most rushing touchdowns to running backs. At -110, this is a solid value.
