A pair of birds clash in South Philly as the Atlanta Falcons square off against the Eagles. Jalen Hurts and company are back from Brazil, while Kirk Cousins is just trying to get back from an Achilles injury. It should be a fun one under the lights with two teams trying to make the playoffs. Here are your top two Underdog pick’em predictions for Monday Night football!

Dallas Goedert H/L Than 41.5 Receiving Yards
We go back to the tight end position for our first play, as the Eagles should have plenty of chances to get Dallas Goedert the football. The Falcons may seem to have it a little easier without Brown racing around the field, but that just means more focused targets for players like Goedert and DeVonta Smith. As for the latter, that’s what the Falcons will be focusing on first — stopping the deep threat and quick catches devised from Kellen Moore’s offense. Goedert should be able to find some soft spots in the second level of the Falcons defense, especially after Atlanta gets gashed on the ground.
Speaking of which, Saquon Barkley will be even more of a weapon on the ground since the Falcons will struggle to slow him down. The Eagles should see both running lanes for Barkley and opportunities for Jalen Hurts to pick up some yards rushing, both at the expense of a weaker unit. This is a bad combination for defending the tight end, and the Falcons still have to worry about the movement and motion from Moore’s offense. Goedert is going to have a few grabs where he sneaks past the Falcons. Take the higher option.

Kirk Cousins H/L Than 14.85 Fantasy Points
The Falcons are dealing with a massive issue with their quarterback. He can’t really move well, and that’s just opening up pressure from Vic Fangio and the Eagles defense. While the Falcons can’t hide Cousins, they can do whatever possible to limit the damage — both physically and on the scoreboard.
Cousins will have to find ways to get the ball out quickly and not linger in the pocket. Normally, his mobility is enough to warrant some big asks when it comes to throwing the football. While the Falcons might use Kyle Pitts more on quick throws, those have to pan out for Cousins to build fantasy points.
The Eagles have a softer spot in their secondary, but Cousins still needs to get the ball downfield. Fangio should add a little extra pressure on the Falcons offensive line, forcing them to adjust on protection. It’s enough to disrupt an already fragile situation. Primetime games are rarely fun for Cousins; we don’t anticipate tonight being any different.
