Gus Edwards Anytime Touchdown
It’s strange for a goal-line back like Gus Edwards to own odds of +150 (40%) or longer in a game his team is heavily favored in, but that’s exactly where we’re at this weekend. Edwards clocks in right at that +150 on FanDuel and SuperBook but is only +120 at Pinnacle. Make sure to lock in the value before it gets bid off the board.
Edwards’ Baltimore Ravens are a 7.5-point home favorite over the Los Angeles Rams. They’re coming off a bye and have all five starters along the offensive line healthy. Edwards doesn’t lead the Ravens in carries inside the 20-yard line — Jackson does, with 27 — but he isn’t far behind at 25. Although just about anyone can score in Baltimore’s offense, the loss of tight end Mark Andrews, Jackson’s top target in the red zone, makes it likelier offensive coordinator Todd Monken decides to run close to the goal line.
Edwards leads the Ravens in carries inside both the 10 (19) and five (12), good for shares of 42.2% and 54.5%, respectively. While he didn’t get a red-zone carry against the Chargers in Week 12 but had no fewer than two dating back to Week 6. Edwards has found paydirt 10 times this year and in six of Baltimore’s 12 games.
