Super Bowl Spreads For All Potential Matchups
Bengals vs. Eagles
The Cincinnati Bengals would come into this matchup as a slight 1.5-point underdog against the Philadelphia Eagles, who currently have the highest odds to win Super Bowl LVI (+240). The Bengals are currently a one-point favorite against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship, with the Eagles coming in as a 2.5-point favorite against the San Francisco 49ers.
Bengals vs. 49ers
Cincinnati (+1) would be an underdog in this potential Super Bowl matchup, as well. The Brock Purdy–Joe Burrow quarterback matchup would certainly favor the Bengals. But the slight betting edge would go with a Niners team that held the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys to a combined 35 points in the first two rounds of the NFL Playoffs.
Chiefs vs. 49ers
The Chiefs (-1.5) would be a favorite in this possible Super Bowl matchup despite being an underdog (+1) against the Bengals in the AFC Championship. The main concern for the Chiefs is centered around quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who suffered a high ankle sprain in the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Divisional Round. Mahomes was able to practice fully on Wednesday and should be good to go against the Bengals. The Chiefs defeated the 31-20 in Super Bowl LIV.
Chiefs vs. Eagles
The Chiefs (-1) would also be a favorite in this potential marquee matchup. The Chiefs-Eagles matchup would give Kansas City head coach Andy Reid the opportunity to get some revenge against his former team, where he spent the first 14 years of his head coaching career. Reid is the winningest coach (140-102-1) in Eagles history. He was able to beat Philly in a matchup last season but expressed nothing but gratitude for his time with the team at that time.
