Commanders -7 at Saints | NFL Survivor Pool Picks Week 15

Currently holding the seventh seed, the Washington Commanders are battling to keep their postseason hopes alive following their bye week. Meanwhile, the New Orleans Saints are clinging to slim playoff hopes from the 12th seed.

The Saints bolstered their chances in Week 14 with a narrow 14-11 win over the New York Giants, but it came at a steep price. They likely lost starting quarterback Derek Carr for the rest of the season. Now, interim head coach Darren Rizzi faces a decision whether to start Spencer Rattler or Jake Haener. Rattler filled in for Carr earlier this season, completing 59 of 99 es for 571 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions across three starts.

However, the Saints’ quarterback situation is a moot point. The Commanders are the superior team and had an extra week to prepare and recover. While rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels has cooled off since his hot start, he’ll face a Saints defense that has been abysmal. New Orleans ranks 31st in yards per play allowed (5.9) and 30th overall, according to PFF.

Expect the Commanders to dominate and dismantle a banged-up Saints team in New Orleans.

Ravens -14.5 at Giants | NFL Survivor Week 15

If by chance you do, then this is the pick for you! The Ravens are not only coming off a loss but also their bye week, giving them time to reassess everything that went wrong in their defeat against the Eagles.

As for their opponent, you couldn’t ask for a better team to face when looking to bounce back. The Giants are currently on an eight-game losing streak and are in a complete state of disarray.

The most points the G-Men have scored during their losing streak is 22 against the Commanders. I find it hard to imagine they can keep up with the Ravens’ prolific offensive attack.

There’s really no need to overanalyze this one. Baltimore, fighting for top seeding in the AFC playoff race, is a fantastic choice if they’re still an option for you – and if they are, good for you.

Cardinals -5.5 vs. Patriots | NFL Survivor Week 15

When it comes to fighting for playoff positioning, no team among these three games needs a win more than the Arizona Cardinals. Last week seemed like a prime opportunity for the Cardinals to rebound against their division rival, the Seattle Seahawks. However, they came out flat and ultimately fell short, losing 30-18.

Fortunately, the Cardinals have a chance to snap their current three-game losing streak as they host the New England Patriots. The Patriots have officially been eliminated from playoff contention, but they’ve been competitive in recent weeks. Over their past six games, they’ve won twice, and three of their four losses have been by one score.

Rookie quarterback Drake Maye has been a bright spot for New England, averaging 247 ing yards with a 71.5% completion rate over his last three games. However, the Patriots’ defense has been a liability, ranking 28th in EPA per play and 27th in success rate allowed.

While the Cardinals have struggled in recent weeks, avoiding a cross-country trip and facing one of the league’s weakest teams positions them as a strong survivor play and they’re likely one of the best options you realistically still have available.
