Let’s start by recapping our discussion of London Stadium from Saturday’s column. The ballpark isn’t quite as hitter-friendly as the one that produced 50 runs in two games in 2019. The Cardinals will start LHP Matthew Liberatore (1-2), whose 6.12 ERA and .761 xERA make him one of the worst starters in the majors. He ranks 370th of 375 eligible pitchers in the latter metric.
