It looked like we were on our way to a smash and cash Wednesday after Royce Lewis cashed our Astros-Twins YRFI with a two-out homer in the first. However, there was voodoo magic being worked in the desert. No first-inning runs in Dodgers-Diamondbacks, but naturally, dusty Lance Lynn gave up FOUR dongs in the third inning. Variance, it’s a hell of a drug.
I’m still unsure how Lynn and Brandon Pfaadt managed to get out of the first unscathed, but by hook or by crook, they got it done and ruined one of our last chances at a NRFI parlay bang. If you follow me on Twitter, you got my full betting card and cashed my +243 pitcher out parlay, where we took UNDER Joe Ryan and Lance Lynn outs. Now THAT was sweat-free. That’s just a little sample of what my followers get.
With only one series left to be decided, we have only one game tonight — Braves-Phillies NLDS Game 4. Let’s see where our yes/no run first inning bets take us.
