He was estimated as a non-participant on Monday because Seattle held a walkthrough, but he worked up to limited reps on Tuesday before ultimately picking up the questionable tag on Wednesday. Fortunately, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo expects Smith to suit up.
Smith has mostly avoided the injury report this year, but last Sunday’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams saw him exit briefly before returning to lead what could’ve been the game-winning drive but for a missed field goal. Smith took two sacks for a loss of 13 yards in the game. He suffered the elbow injury after taking a hit from Aaron Donald late in the third quarter while the Seahawks still possessed a double-digit lead.
