The Buffalo Bills opened as 3.5-point home favorites against the Cincinnati Bengals in their AFC Divisional Round playoff game to be played Sunday. Also in the early AFC Divisional odds, the Kansas City Chiefs opened as 9-point favorites against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday (per DraftKings).
Buffalo, the No. 2 seed in the AFC, defeated the No. 7 Miami Dolphins 34-31, before Cincinnati, the No. 3 seed, defeated the No. 6 Baltimore Ravens 24-17 in the AFC Wild Card Round on Sunday.

The Bills and Bengals played each other in NFL Week 17 but were unable to finish that game at Cincinnati because of the medical emergency of Buffalo safety Damar Hamlin. Buffalo has home-field advantage in the playoff game due to a winning percentage edge over Cincinnati.
“Feel like two deserving teams,” Bengals coach Zac Taylor said. “It’s one of the greatest environments to play in all of football. … It’s a fun environment, a worthy playoff environment, and our guys are going to be juiced up and ready to go.”

AFC Divisional Odds
Bengals-Bills, Sunday 3 p.m. ET
The Bills have won four straight home playoff games and are 13-1 there since the 1988 season.
“We understand the seriousness of the playoffs. It’s win or go home,” Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen told NFL.com. “Guys just wanting to win and not hang up the cleats just yet. We have some goals to accomplish, and guys in that locker room love each other. We work extremely hard to go out there and execute to try to accomplish those goals that we set.”
If Buffalo and Kansas City win, the AFC Championship game will be played at the neutral site of Atlanta, based on changes adopted after the Bills-Bengals regular-season game was ruled unfinished.
Buffalo and Cincinnati have not met in the playoffs since 1988. Kansas City and Jacksonville have never met in the playoffs.

Jaguars-Chiefs, Saturday 4:30 p.m. ET
Jacksonville, the No. 4 seed, defeated the No. 5 Los Angeles Chargers 31-30 on Saturday after trailing 27-0.
“We’ve put ourselves in a hole at times, and we’ve worked ourselves out of it at times,” Jacksonville coach Doug Pederson told the Jaguars website. “Just to have the resiliency and the fight and the desire and the ability to continue to play. It could have easily gone the other way, and that’s what I’m so proud of these guys for. Everything is on the line, and they go out and get the job done.”
Pederson is in the familiar, and successful, position of being a playoff underdog. He is 5-0 in such games.
Kansas City, the No. 1 seed, also based on winning percentage, had a bye this week.
“You make sure you stay working out, stay moving around and [don’t] just sit on the couch all week, [but] when we get ready to go next week, I just try to be prepared and ready to roll,” Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes told the Chiefs website. “So, [it’s] a little bit of both. You get off your feet and you rest, but you still move around enough that your body is in a good shape whenever you get to [our] first playoff game.”
Hamlin watched the Bills game from home on Sunday. He was released from the hospital Wednesday and visited his teammates Saturday.
