Through two days, 2024 has been rough. Ringing in the new year with more hooks and kicks to the groin. But, you’ll have to do better than that, betting gods. I’ve got a 30% profit boost for our NBA parlay picks today at bet365, and I’m firing it up.
NBA Parlay Picks Today: +455 Parlay Wednesday
Donovan Mitchell 25+ Points (NBA Player Prop)
When it comes to picking on teams, the Wizards are one of those teams I enjoy picking on — especially with top-end guys like Donovan Mitchell.
For our first NBA parlay pick today, we’re going to hit the Mitchell points prop, and go for 25+ points tonight.
On the year, Washington is allowing a shade over 25 points per game to opposing point guards.
Mitchell’s traditional points prop is sitting at 30.5 or 31.5, depending on where you’re placing your bets. The OddsShopper Prop Tool has the over 30.5 points hitting at about 49% of the time, which makes our alternate line of 25+ points look all the better.
Jarrett Allen 15+ Points & 10+ Rebounds (NBA Player Props)
There’s really zero value on Jarrett Allen double-double props, it’s something like -350 or worse everywhere. So, we’re going to make a variant of that for a bit more value.
Let’s make the second part of the parlay Jarrett Allen for 15+ points and 10+ rebounds (traditional lines are 19.5 points and 12.5 rebounds).
As much as we love to pick on Washington in the backcourt, the Wizards are extremely susceptible in the frontcourt.
The Wiz give up the most points (27.54) and rebounds (18.33) per game to opposing centers. Those numbers are staggering. So, Allen could really have a smash game here (Spoiler: I am firing up a rebound ladder for him tonight as well).
In his career, Allen is averaging 15.4 points and over 10 rebounds per game against the Wizards, and in this spot, I don’t see a reason why he doesn’t do it again.
Kyle Kuzma 20+ Points (NBA Pick)
The shot volume has increased the last two games for Kyle Kuzma, which have led to some big point totals from the fella.
He’s shot the ball 22 and 31 times, respectively, in his last two games. And if that trend is going to continue, we want to get in on it. Books have already reacted a little bit, putting his traditional points prop line at 23.5 tonight against the Cavs.
However, let’s just take a milestone number here and go for the 20+ points.
Cleveland has been bottom 10 in defending opposing small forwards this season, and have allowed wings to pour in just a tick under 24 points per game this season.
Whichever wings Cleveland wants to throw at Kuzma tonight, I’m not sure they’ll be able to contain him completely. Call me crazy, but between Isaac Okoro, Dean Wade, Max Strus and Georges Niang, I’m not really too concerned.
Daniel Gafford 10+ Points (NBA Pick)
I don’t generally take Daniel Gafford points props, but I think this is a spot — if he can stay out of foul trouble — that he should see a decent amount of minutes.
With Jarrett Allen on the other side playing the true 5 position tonight, Gafford should be out there to provide some size for the Wizards while they attempt to defend him.
Outside of a dud against the Nets the other night, Gafford has hit this 10+ points mark in five of his last six games.
This is mostly a play based on him seeing 28-31 minutes tonight with Allen on the other side. So, let’s hope that the volume of minutes can get us there by attrition.
