He is trading with -135 at BetMGM, but we’re mixing in his points line (18.5), the under for which is trading at -118 on Pinnacle, for some extra value. We’re losing a half point and board to get it at 32.5, but we’re making up for it by getting this Kings-Knicks player prop bet at odds of -109 on Caesars.
For starters, that price at FanDuel even lists this bet for the stingy price of -125. Pinnacle doesn’t take action on this combo market, but Sabonis is also trading with +EV to stay under 41.5 PRA at odds of -115 because the sharp book lists the same bet for odds of -144.
Sabonis, who relies on uncontested rebounds and interior scoring, will struggle against a New York Knicks team that doesn’t allow much of either. Sabonis is averaging a monstrous 25.3 rebound chances per game since the All-Star Break but is coming down with only 14.9 boards, only 37.2% of which were contested.
