Darius Garland Player Prop
An injury-riddling start to his 2023 season is not what Darius Garland envisioned. The shifty point guard has appeared in just two of the Cleveland Cavaliers first six games. In those two games, it hasn’t been pretty — specifically in the last game. Garland ed a plus-minus of -10, committed four turnovers and attempted 11 shots. That came against a woeful Indiana Pacers defense and a fast-paced offense. It can’t get much better than that, and it won’t. Today, the Cavaliers will take on the Golden State Warriors, and though they play fast, they have a top-10 defensive rating to start this season.

This kid has been such a bright spot for Pistons fans this season. Cade Cunningham appeared in just 12 games last season, which led to the Pistons having the worst record in all of basketball. Ironically enough, they missed out on the No. 1 overall pick. Now, it’s Cunningham’s show where he can shine and jack up 3-pointers.
Cunningham and the Pistons will take on the Phoenix Suns, who will be without Bradley Beal and Devin Booker for this one. We may get our wish and get a competitive game in this one. We’ll need it to cash Cunningham over 2.5 3-pointers, a number he has cashed in half the games this season. But it’s the volume that has been encouraging. He’s averaging 6.8 3-point attempts this season and three straight games of at least seven. With a spread of just 4 points and odds of +150 for Cunningham to make three 3-pointers, I’ll take my chances.
